- To help you save on your project, you have the option to purchase pre-approved materials and have them ready when we arrive. Alternatively, we can source and pick up the materials for you, billing for the time spent acquiring them. Regardless of your choice, we insist on using only high-quality, project-appropriate materials to ensure the best results. If you decide to purchase materials yourself, please consult with us first for a list of approved brands and specifications. This approach helps us maintain our quality standards and ensures the longevity of your project. Our team reserves the right to decline using any materials that don’t meet our standards, even if already purchased, as your satisfaction and the integrity of our work are our top priorities.
We strive to provide accurate and fair estimates for all our services. Here’s how we handle estimates:
- Remote Estimates: We’re happy to provide a free preliminary estimate if you can send us detailed pictures and a thorough description of your project. This gives us a general idea of the scope of work and allows us to provide a ballpark figure.
- On-Site Estimates: For more complex jobs or when a closer inspection is necessary, we offer on-site estimates. These are more accurate but require a trip fee to cover our time and travel expenses. This fee is typically applied to the cost of the job if you choose to proceed with our services.
- Itemized Estimates: We provide comprehensive estimates that include both labor and materials to give you a clear picture of the total project cost. Our streamlined approach allows us to offer competitive pricing and efficient service. While we don’t provide line-by-line itemized breakdowns, we’re always happy to discuss the details of our estimates and answer any questions you may have.
- Final Pricing: We are committed to transparent and fair pricing. The final invoice will reflect the agreed-upon price, provided that the project scope remains unchanged, no unforeseen circumstances materially affect the work, and any necessary adjustments are communicated to and approved by the client. Our goal is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding throughout the service process.
